Welcome to the Killearn Lakes Homeowners Association website! We have a wonderful array of new features for you to use which is sure to make your stay here more enjoyable. Please register in the top right hand corner of this website to receive email alerts from our staff. If you need to rent a home or just announce a garage sale, you can do so on our FaceBook page

If you have a complaint please go to "report a problem" and follow instructions. We will respond as quickly as we can once submitted. We also have an interactive Web Calendar for upcoming events such as fundraisers, community events, board meetings, announcements and more. We encourage you to sign up to our Resident Email Alert for important reminders and news, as well as joining our Volunteer Sign-up for all future community events. The Killearn Lakes volunteer board and staff is available during business hours (M-F 9a-3p) to answer any questions you may have. Thank you.

Credit Card Information Update:

We are now OFFICIALLY accepting payment by credit card. DISCLAIMER: By choosing this method of payment, you WILL NOT have the option of paying the discount amount. Thank you - KLHOA Staff

Annual Dues Information:

The “2012” Dues Invoices have been mailed.

The discount amounts are:

Non-Lake Front- $96.00
Lakefront- $114.00
If unpaid by April 1, 2012, 8% annual finance charge accrues each month.

General Members Meeting

February 21, 2012

As a rule, the February 2012 Open Member Meeting would be held on February 14^th. Since this is Valentine's Day, the board opted to move the February meeting to the following week on the 21^st. Signs will be up prior to the meeting as a reminder. The winners of the “Lake- Friendly Yard”, the Seamon family, will be presented a Special Yard Sign to display and a $100.00 gift card. Board Director, Joe Barnett, will make the presentation. Once again we have invited Talquin representatives for a Q&A presentation now that the new TEC Meters have been installed in much of the Killearn Lakes communities. Please plan on joining your Volunteer Board of Directors on February 21^st, 2012 at 7pm at the Historic Bradfordville School House off Bannerman Road. Come with your questions and concerns for the Talquin representatives. Hope to see you there.

Reserve Tekesta Park!

Tekesta Park Reservations

The Procedure to reserve Tekesta Park is:

Deposit of $40 dollars
Larger Groups will be $100 dollar deposit

This deposit is for securing a key to the restrooms. Once you return the key after your event the Association will return your deposit.
