MISSION STATEMENT
To maintain
the community and protect the property rights and value of the homeowners
and to promote the social welfare and public safety of all, especially
our children.
To thoroughly analyze all situations, anticipate all problems prior
to their occurring and have answers to these problems and move swiftly
to solve these problems whenever we can.
To share governance of the development with the developer and assume
total responsibility upon substantive completion.
